The form below should be used for character creation. Before you begin filling it out, however, there are a few rules you need to abide by.

- Name should include first & last names. Middle is optional.
- Personality should have a minimum of two paragraphs [one paragraph = at least 5 sentences].
- Biography should have a minimum of three paragraphs.
